4. Subscription Plans and Payment

SCRNE offers free and paid subscription plans. For paid subscriptions:

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
  • You may cancel at any time through your account settings
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice to subscribers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to reverse engineer or extract our algorithms

IMPORTANT: SCRNE is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • 100% accuracy of OCR text extraction
  • Completeness of our ingredient database
  • That all allergens or harmful ingredients will be detected
  • Uninterrupted or error-free service

Our service is for informational purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice. Always verify ingredient information directly on product packaging, especially for allergy-related concerns. Consult healthcare professionals for medical decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SCRNE and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

  • Any damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
